Book Of Ruth

I wasn't able to go for wordilicious investigaters last saturday, I've heard so much good things about it and how it touched people's heart. They did a study on the book of Ruth, as i've missed te event, i tried reading and studying the book of Ruth myself. It's been a long long time since i last the whole chapter from the bible. The book of Ruth is very inspriring, by just taking the time to read it alone, the lives of Naomi and Ruth has really given me encouragement to see how despite the tragedies that has occured,God had not abandoned them. Naomi must have been a really good person, till Ruth forsake the God's of Moab and worship the God of Naomi alone. Most of the times, we're too content living our blessed life that we seldom seek the lost. That's not really good, everyone is guilty of that.Hopefully, I'll be more awake of people around me. Sometimes ,because we think that we've read it time and time again, we decide not to join other christians to learn together. That's so saddening, not to say discouraging to other christians too. As God's children, we should always help others understand the word. I've noticed that MMU students really need the word of God and guidance. I'm so blessed to say that Calvary MMU Cell were able to reach out to four new christians within the past months, I hope I will be able to continue the work with a God fearing attitude. To see a small group being able to touch the lives of many really revived the fire in me for reaching out to people. There is a lot of work to be done, please keep Calvary MMU Cell in prayer..pray that as a small group we are able to teach the word effectively, and to minister to student. As we see results lately, it has spurred us to continue what's fruitful.If any of you want updates on what's going on.Please let me know, i've got so much great testimonies from people who recently accepted God as their savior.I'm encouraged!I really thank God for His works.

I've recalled all that i've learn from past NSCF Leadership camps.I'm really thankful to Scripture Union for teaching me and giving me a strong foundation in reaching out to students. Especially during Dare to Die, Gen-Y Agent and also C2G.
What that' engraved in me all this while is this verse.

John 12:24
I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

The book of Ruth is a book full of encouragement, even when the events happened in the time of Judges, a period of much unfaithfulness to God.

Looking forward to the holidays after my exams..I pray that God will walk hand in hand with me everyday.
